KEY ROLE:

As an Account Manager in equipment financing sales, you will contribute to the culture, growth and profitability of Jocova Financial by working with us to grow your territory and portfolio effectively by developing dealer relationships and managing existing dealer and customer relationships in assigned Ontario Territory.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Establish and manage new and existing business-related relationships in assigned Ontario Territory through lead generation

· Communication of financial materials and numbers to facilitate transactions and purchases

· Legal documentation preparation and management

· Increase volumes within assigned territory

· Meet and exceed annual portfolio growth targets

· Provide exceeding service standards for Dealers and Customers.

· Understanding and applying our niche and working with our credit markets and pricing criteria.

· Work independently with minimal supervision producing portfolio and goal expectations

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 3 years equipment financing/leasing experience or related commission-based sales experience

· Strong skills set in general sales procedures. i.e.; presentations, sales cycles, sales cycle management, lead generation/follow up, account management/maintenance, proper sales communications

· Experience working with CRM systems, ability to adapt to new systems and procedures

· College or University degree in a related field is preferred

· Record of new business origination with emphasis on relationship building

· Capable of managing priorities and workflow while coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Goal oriented, high-achiever, strong social skills.

· Experience working independently with minimal supervision

· Superior writing and communication skills

– Computer skills such as Office Suite, Windows

· Proven organizational, analytical, administrative, and consultative skills
